If you prefer to pay by cash or check, payment in full is due prior to surgery.

Your company may offer a medical spending account, which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for your medical expenses. Please contact your employer for more details.

Most insurance companies do not cover refractive surgery. If your insurance provider does offer a benefit, we will be happy to assist you in filing your claim.
